Your information stays with OBR.

Last updated November 7, 2026

This policy explains what OBR Construction ("we", "us") collects through this website and our phone lines, why, and what we do with it. We never sell your information or share it with lead sites or other contractors.

Who we are

OBR Construction is a general contractor based in Moultonborough, New Hampshire, and is the business responsible for your information. Black Tee Consulting runs this website and our advertising on behalf of OBR Construction.

What we collect

When you send the estimate form

Your name, phone number, email address if you give one, town, the services you checked, and any details you write. We use this to contact you about your project.

How you found us

Along with the form, we record how you arrived at the site: the page you first landed on, the website that referred you, when you first visited, and advertising information in the link you followed (for example a Google Ads click ID or "utm" campaign tags). This tells us which ads and listings bring in customers.

Phone calls

Calls to the phone numbers on this website are recorded. You'll hear a notice at the start of the call. We use a call tracking service that shows different numbers depending on how you found us (for example, from a Google ad or a search), so we can tell which advertising works. The service records the call, the number you called from, the time and length of the call, and how you arrived at the site. Recordings are used to make sure we follow up properly and to measure our advertising.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

obr_attr (our own cookie, 90 days): remembers how you first arrived at the site, so that information can be attached to your estimate request.
Google Analytics and Google Ads (through Google Tag Manager): measure visits, phone link clicks and form submissions, and tell us when an ad led to an inquiry. Google may set its own cookies, such as _ga and _gcl_au.
Call tracking: the call tracking service may set a cookie so you keep seeing the same phone number during your visit.
Cloudflare Turnstile: checks that form submissions come from a person, not a spam bot.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site and phone numbers will still work. You can also control ad personalization at Google's ad settings, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Who else handles your information

We use a few service providers to run this website and respond to you. They handle information only on our behalf:

Cloudflare (website hosting, form processing and spam protection)
Google (our lead log in Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Tag Manager)
Our email provider, which delivers new estimate requests to us
Our call tracking provider (call routing, recording and reporting)
Black Tee Consulting, which runs this website and our advertising for OBR Construction

We may also share information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and call records as long as we need them to follow up on your project, keep records of our work, and measure our advertising. Ask us and we'll delete your information unless we need to keep it for a job we did for you.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us below.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging work on their homes. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
